If you experience any of these issues, Luigi Bormioli will replace your glass at no cost to you (customer is responsible for the cost to return chipped / discoloured glass to Luigi Bormioli). Luigi Bormioli reserves the right to replace the glass with a substitute product of equal or greater quality in the event this glassware is in no longer in production.
To claim, fill out our contact form, please wrap the product carefully and include proof of purchase to Fackelmann Housewares at your expense. Fackelmann will repair, replace or refund (our choice) defective products without further cost.
