Chartreuse Emerald Swizzle
A tropical Chartreuse Emerald Swizzle with green Chartreuse, pineapple juice, coconut milk and orgeat, served tall over ice with mint and pineapple garnish.

Recipe:
- 45 ml Green Chartreuse
- 45 ml pineapple juice
- 45 ml coconut milk
- 10 ml orgeat
- Sprig of mint and pineapple leaves to garnish

Method:
- Add all ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice and stir well to combine and chill.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and pineapple leaves, then serve in a tall Michelangelo Masterpiece Highball.
- For extra chill and dilution, you can also shake all ingredients with ice and strain back over fresh ice.

Make it your own at home: try crushed ice for a more tiki style serve, increase the orgeat if you like a sweeter finish, or add a squeeze of lime to lift the tropical flavours even further.
