Mozart Mocha Tini
A rich and creamy Mozart Mocha Tini that blends Mozart Chocolate Cream, Tia Maria Cold Brew, Frangelico and fresh cream, shaken until silky and served in a chilled coupe with a strawberry fan.
Recipe:
- 30 ml Mozart Chocolate Cream
- 15 ml Tia Maria Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- 15 ml Frangelico
- 15 ml fresh cream
- 1 strawberry, fanned, to garnish
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker and add plenty of ice.
- Shake well until the shaker is very cold and the drink is silky.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass, such as a Mixology Cocktail.
- Garnish with a strawberry fan and enjoy responsibly.
Make it your own at home: switch fresh cream for coconut cream for a dairy free twist, add a shot of espresso for extra coffee richness, or dust the top with grated chocolate for an even more indulgent finish.
