Licor 43 Ginger 43
A simple and refreshing Licor 43 Ginger 43 that pairs the vanilla citrus sweetness of Licor 43 with spicy ginger ale and fresh lime in an easy wine glass serve over ice.
Recipe:
- 30 ml Licor 43
- 100 ml ginger ale
- 10 ml fresh lime juice
- Lime wedge to garnish
Method:
- Fill a wine glass with ice and let it chill for a moment.
- Pour in Licor 43 and top with ginger ale.
- Squeeze the lime wedge into the drink, drop it into the glass and give a gentle stir.
- Serve in a tall wine glass such as Crescendo Bordeaux and enjoy responsibly.
Make it your own at home: swap ginger ale for soda or lemonade for a lighter or sweeter twist, or add extra lime juice if you like a brighter citrus kick.
