Fiorente Flowersour
A floral and refreshing Fiorente Flowersour that blends elderflower liqueur with gin, lemon and sugar syrup, shaken light and silky with an optional foam and finished with apple or edible flowers.

Recipe:
- 45 ml Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur
- 30 ml gin
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- Egg white or aquafaba (optional)
- Apple fan or edible flower garnish

Method:
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake to emulsify the egg white if using.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe such as the Sublime Champagne Coupe.
- Garnish with an apple fan or edible flowers and enjoy responsibly.
