A refined Disaronno Dolce Vita Amaretto Sour that layers Disaronno with Mount Gay Eclipse rum, Yuzushu, rosemary syrup, lemon and passionfruit for a bright citrus twist.
- 20 ml Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml passionfruit juice
- Rosemary sprig and lemon twist to garnish
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake first to emulsify the egg white if using.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon twist, then enjoy responsibly.
Make it your own at home: adjust the rosemary syrup to suit your preferred sweetness, or leave out the egg white for a lighter, more spritz like style. You can also swap passionfruit juice for fresh pulp if you like extra texture.
