Rémy Martin French Mojito
A fresh French twist on the classic mojito featuring Rémy Martin VSOP, lime, mint and a splash of soda for a bright highball style serve.
 
Recipe:
- 45ml Rémy Martin VSOP cognac
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 20ml simple syrup or 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 8 to 10 fresh mint leaves
- 30 to 60ml soda water, to top
- Mint sprig and lime wedge to garnish
 
Method:
- In a tall glass lightly muddle the mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup or sugar.
- Add Rémy Martin VSOP and fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Stir gently to mix, then top with soda water.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
 
Make it your own at home: try swapping soda water for a dry ginger ale for extra spice, or add a few slices of fresh grape or apple for more fruity notes that pair with the rich character of Rémy Martin VSOP.
